###    How short is the Pilot Pulse Survey?  expand\_more  

 

 For most people, this voluntary survey will take no more than ten minutes to complete. We use a medical analogy of a high-level “pulse” as opposed to a more detailed “MRI.” You can access the survey from [pulse.harvard.edu](/).



 

 

 



###    I have more than one role. How should I answer questions?  expand\_more  

 

Your answers should reflect your feelings towards the component of Harvard that you experience and engage with most closely. 

 

 

 



###    Can I change my responses after I submit them?  expand\_more  

 

A submitted survey is considered final and responses cannot neither be edited nor resubmitted. 

 

 

 



###    Can I take the Pulse Survey on my phone?  expand\_more  

 

 Yes, the survey is designed for compatibility with mobile phones, tablets, laptops or desktop devices (all from [pulse.harvard.edu](/)). If the survey does not appear to be working, please turn off any ad blockers on your browser and try again. If the survey is still not working, please contact our designated helpdesk at <pulsesurvey@harvard.edu>.

In addition to English, the Pulse Survey is also offered in several languages held as primary languages among Harvard community members. All versions may be accessed via a menu option in the survey itself. Please contact <pulsesurvey@harvard.edu> to request additional translations.

 

 

 



###    Why did I not receive the Pulse Survey?  expand\_more  

 

 The survey is open to every individual for whom Harvard provides a “primary affiliation” as an employer or an educational institution. The survey is primarily distributed through email. If you did not receive an email and wish to take the survey, you may do so at [pulse.harvard.edu](/survey)
